He also built the tools the business runs on, the builder we work from and the system that tracks every job, so nothing gets lost between your first call and the handover.
Cares about the small details most people never notice, because those are the details that get you the phone call.

Samuel John Crooke
Speaks with the clients. He works out what your business actually needs, writes the brief and makes sure the demo lands in front of the right person.
He stays on it after the site goes live, so there is one person to ring when something needs changing.
Straight about what works and what does not. If something is not bringing you work, he says so and changes it.
